Diploma, B.E, B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Any Graduate.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for sourcing of construction materials and identifying new vendors and maintaining vendor database.
• To evaluation and rating of Suppliers, Negotiating price and material delivery.
• To build relationships with vendors to facilitate favorable Purchase terms.
• To handle end to end procurement of the assigned material and ensure timely delivery of materials at project sites.
• Thorough knowledge of bulk purchase of construction related materials and brands.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors for materials procurement.
• To negotiate with suppliers and vendors for competitive pricing.
• Able to plan and implement sourcing vendors and purchasing strategies.
• Hands-on experience in budgeting and purchase management.
• To determine quality, quantity, and timing of material delivery.
• To Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier chain.
