Corresponding with various Vendors.
Contract Drafting.
Preparation of Work Orders.
Preparing, submitting & coordinating for certification of the Monthly work-done bill of the Sub-agency/Client.
Responsible for Preparing the BOQ, Rate Analysis, Qty Estimation for all the activities
Monitoring & Controlling Overall Project Budget & Analyzing any for variation
Preparing & submission of Change Order Request (COR)
Formulation of Work Oder to Subcontractor & Note for approval for Management
Checking, certifying the final quantities and approving the final bills & accounts closure.
Coordinating with Management for On-time release of payments to Sub-agency.
