As a 3D Visualizer at Bren Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our architectural designs to life through stunning visualizations. You will collaborate closely with architects, designers, and clients to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling 3D renderings and animations. Your creativity and attention to detail will be essential in creating immersive visual experiences that accurately represent our design concepts.

QUALIFICATION

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer or similar role in architecture, interior design, or visualization.
3. Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, and V-Ray.
4. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of high-quality 3D visualizations and animations.
5. Excellent understanding of composition, lighting, color theory, and spatial awareness.
6. Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate ideas visually.
7. Detail-oriented with a passion for creating visually stunning and immersive experiences.
8. Knowledge of architectural and design principles is preferred.
9. Experience with animation and post-production techniques is a plus.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Interpret architectural drawings, sketches, and specifications to create 3D models and renderings.
2. Develop high-quality 3D visualizations, including interior and exterior views, using industry-standard software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.
3. Incorporate textures, lighting, and landscaping elements to enhance the realism and visual appeal of renderings.
4. Collaborate with architects and designers to refine design concepts and ensure visualizations align with project goals and client expectations.
5. Create animated walkthroughs and flyovers to showcase spatial relationships and design features.
6. Maintain organized file structures and adhere to project timelines to meet deadlines.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in 3D visualization techniques to continually improve skills and workflows.
8. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to present visualizations and incorporate feedback throughout the design process.
