1. Handle inbound & outbound calls, qualify leads, and schedule site visits.
2. Engage potential clients, understand their requirements, and provide property details.
3. Maintain & update CRM to track lead status and follow-ups.
4. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of warm leads.
5. Analyze lead conversion data and optimize outreach strategies.
