ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and projects. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand clients' needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements. Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  3. Sales Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with the sales team and leadership to develop effective sales strategies. Create and implement sales plans to achieve and exceed targets. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
  4. Proposal and Presentation: Prepare compelling proposals and presentations for clients. Clearly articulate the value proposition of our construction services. Conduct product demonstrations and site visits as needed.
  5. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals. Work closely with the legal and finance teams to ensure the accuracy and compliance of contractual terms.
