As the Deputy Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of our real estate projects from conception to completion. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will contribute to the strategic planning, coordination, and management of all aspects of the projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with our high-quality standards.

QUALIFICATION

Diploma, B.E, B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Project Coordination: Collaborate with the Project Manager in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets. Monitor project progress and identify potential issues, proposing effective solutions. Coordinate activities among various project stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and consultants.
  2. Financial Management: Assist in budget development and financial forecasting for each project. Track project expenditures, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints. Work closely with the finance team to manage project financials and cost control.
  3. Risk Management: Identify and assess project risks, developing mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues to prevent delays and deviations from project goals. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  4. Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and positive working environment within the project team. Effectively communicate project objectives, expectations, and updates to team members. Provide support to team members and assist in problem resolution.
  5. Quality Assurance: Uphold and enforce quality standards throughout all project phases. Conduct regular inspections and quality assessments to ensure compliance with specifications. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes.
